HOW THE SCANNING PROCESS WORKS
Once you have selected the photos – either slides or negatives – we preview through the scanner to see how the image will look. After making adjustments in color balance, brightness, contrast, etc., the image is scanned and saved. It can take between 4 and 5 minutes to scan the image after all the adjustments are made.
The result is that what was previously only on a physical slide or negative is now in digital form, ready to be manipulated, emailed, or uploaded and, perhaps, made into a DVD slide show.
